By downloading, installing, or using Zyro Call ("the App"), operated by Prozyro Technologies ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. These terms are governed by the laws of India and form a legally binding agreement between you and Prozyro Technologies.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately and permanently terminate their account without notice.

Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform in any capacity.

Zyro Call is designed to facilitate genuine, meaningful human connections through audio and video calls. The platform is intended for:

• Friendly social conversations and companionship
• Emotional support and active listening
• Career guidance and professional mentorship
• Language practice and communication skill development
• General entertainment, storytelling, and light-hearted conversation

Any use of the platform for romantic solicitation, sexual content, or dating purposes is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination without warning.

All users of Zyro Call agree to the following conduct standards at all times:

• No sharing, soliciting, or distributing explicit, sexual, or adult content of any kind
• No harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, or abusive language toward other users or hosts
• No solicitation for romantic or sexual relationships
• No sharing of personal contact information (phone numbers, social handles, addresses) to bypass the platform
• No impersonation of other individuals, celebrities, or entities
• No sharing of illegal content or content that violates Indian law
• No spamming, flooding, or disrupting the platform experience for others
• No commercial solicitation or promotion without prior written consent from Prozyro Technologies
• No recording of conversations without the explicit consent of all parties involved

Prozyro Technologies reserves the right to take action against any user violating these conduct standards, including immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

Hosts on Zyro Call are subject to additional guidelines and a higher standard of conduct:

• Hosts must complete full identity verification before going live on the platform
• Hosts must maintain a professional, respectful, and supportive demeanor at all times during calls
• Hosts may not solicit additional payments, gifts, or personal favors from users outside the platform's official coin system
• Hosts must not engage in, initiate, or encourage romantic or sexual conversations under any circumstances
• Hosts must not share personal contact details with users for the purpose of continuing conversations off-platform
• Hosts found in violation of these guidelines will have their pending earnings forfeited and accounts permanently banned
• Prozyro Technologies reserves the right to remove any host from the platform at its sole discretion, with or without cause

Zyro Call uses a virtual coin and credit system to facilitate platform transactions between users and hosts:

• Non-refundable: All coin purchases are final and non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable Indian consumer protection law
• No cash value: Unused coins have no cash value, are non-transferable between accounts, and expire if an account is terminated
• Price changes: Prozyro Technologies reserves the right to modify coin pricing and host payout rates at any time with reasonable advance notice
• Host payouts: Host earnings are processed weekly, subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds and completed identity verification
• Tax liability: Host earnings may be subject to applicable taxes. Hosts are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings
• Technical issues: Prozyro Technologies is not liable for technical issues resulting in failed or delayed coin transactions. Contact abhihome0555@gmail.com for support

Your privacy is important to us. Zyro Call collects only the data necessary to operate the platform, including your name, phone number, device information, and usage data.

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties or advertisers under any circumstances
• Call audio/video content is not stored permanently beyond any required moderation review window
• Your data is stored securely on servers compliant with Indian data protection norms
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through app settings or by emailing abhihome0555@gmail.com

Zyro Call employs both automated AI systems and human moderators to maintain platform safety 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Users may report any violation using the in-app report feature available in every call screen and profile page. Prozyro Technologies reserves the right to:

• Review flagged content and conversations
• Remove any content that violates our guidelines
• Terminate accounts without prior notice in cases of serious violations
• Cooperate with law enforcement authorities when legally required

We are committed to acting on all valid reports within 24 hours of submission.

Prozyro Technologies reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user or host account that violates these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice or refund.

Users may also delete their own accounts at any time through the App settings or by contacting abhihome0555@gmail.com. Upon account termination:

• Any remaining coin balance is forfeited (unless otherwise required by Indian consumer protection law)
• Any pending host earnings below the minimum withdrawal threshold are forfeited
• All associated data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prozyro Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Zyro Call.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Prozyro Technologies is not responsible for:

• The conduct, statements, or actions of any user or host on the platform
• Any technical interruptions, outages, or data loss
• The accuracy or quality of advice given by any host
• Any third-party links or services accessed through the platform

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Users agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes amicably by contacting us at abhihome0555@gmail.com before initiating any legal proceedings.

Prozyro Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notification or registered email address.

Continued use of Zyro Call after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.
