Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Policy

All coin purchases on Zyro Call are generally non-refundable. Coins are a virtual currency used within the Zyro Call platform and hold no cash value outside the app.

Refunds are considered only under the strict conditions outlined in this policy. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Prozyro Technologies reserves the sole right to approve or reject any refund request.

Important: By completing a coin purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refund Eligibility Conditions

A refund request will only be considered if ALL of the following conditions are met simultaneously:

Within 48 HoursThe refund request must be submitted within 48 hours of the original coin purchase timestamp.

Zero Coins UsedNot a single coin from the purchased pack must have been spent — including on calls, features, gifts, or any in-app activity.

First Refund Request OnlyOnly one refund request per user account is permitted, ever. If you have previously received a refund on any account, you are permanently ineligible.

Account in Good StandingYour account must not have any active violations, warnings, or pending moderation actions at the time of the request.

Valid Proof of PurchaseYou must provide the original transaction ID and registered phone number associated with the purchase.

If even one condition above is not met, the refund request will be automatically rejected. No exceptions will be made.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:

Any coins from the pack have been used — even a single coin spent disqualifies the entire pack
More than 48 hours have passed since the time of purchase
The user has previously received a refund on the same or any other account
The account has been suspended, banned, or flagged for policy violations
Coins were purchased during a promotional offer, discount, or bonus campaign
The refund request is for a partial amount — only full pack refunds are considered
Multiple coin packs were purchased — only the most recent single pack is eligible, not previous purchases
The request is made due to change of mind, dissatisfaction with a host, or call quality issues
Technical issues on the user's device, internet connection, or third-party payment failures
Coins that have expired or been forfeited due to account termination

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you meet all eligibility conditions, follow these steps exactly:

Include required detailsTransaction ID, registered phone number, purchase amount, date & time of purchase, and reason for refund.

Verification by our teamWe will verify your coin balance, usage history, and account status. This may take up to 3 business days.

Decision communicatedYou will receive an approval or rejection email. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Note: Refund requests submitted through any channel other than abhihome0555@gmail.com (such as social media, in-app chat, or third-party platforms) will not be accepted or processed.

Cancellation Policy

Zyro Call does not offer subscription plans — all purchases are one-time coin pack transactions. Therefore, there is no recurring charge to cancel.

Coin purchases cannot be cancelled once the payment is confirmed and coins are credited to your wallet
If a payment is deducted but coins are not credited within 24 hours, please contact abhihome0555@gmail.com with your transaction ID — this will be treated as a failed transaction, not a refund request
Failed transactions where money was debited but coins not received will be resolved within 5–7 business days

Refund Amount & Method

If a refund is approved:

The refund will be for the exact amount paid for the coin pack — no more, no less
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, etc.)
Prozyro Technologies does not issue refunds in cash, via bank transfer to a different account, or in any form other than the original payment method
Any payment gateway charges or convenience fees deducted at the time of purchase are non-refundable
Processing time is 7–10 business days after approval — delays by the payment gateway are outside our control

Abuse of Refund Policy

Prozyro Technologies actively monitors refund patterns. The following will be considered abuse of this policy and may result in permanent account suspension:

Attempting to use coins and then requesting a refund claiming they were unused
Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple refunds
Providing false transaction details or manipulated screenshots
Filing chargebacks with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us

Chargeback Warning: If a chargeback is filed with your bank before contacting Prozyro Technologies, your account will be permanently banned and you will be blacklisted from the platform. We reserve the right to dispute all illegitimate chargebacks.

Governing Law

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from refund decisions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. Users agree to first attempt resolution by contacting abhihome0555@gmail.com before initiating any legal proceedings.
