This Privacy Policy describes how Prozyro Technologies ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use Zyro Call — our social conversation and emotional wellness application.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent manner, in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and applicable data protection regulations.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • To create, authenticate, and manage your Zyro Call account
  • To connect you with hosts and facilitate audio/video calls
  • To process coin purchases, host payouts, and transaction history
  • To enforce our Terms and Conditions and community guidelines
  • To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and safety violations
  • To send you important service notifications (not marketing spam)
  • To improve app performance, fix bugs, and develop new features
  • To comply with legal obligations under Indian law
We do not use your data for targeted advertising. Zyro Call is a paid-service platform — your data is never monetized through ads.

Data We Do NOT Collect

We want to be crystal clear about what we never collect:

  • ❌ We do not collect your contacts, call logs, or SMS from your phone
  • ❌ We do not track your location without your explicit permission
  • ❌ We do not read your personal messages or emails on your device
  • ❌ We do not collect financial data like bank account or card numbers directly (handled by payment gateway)
  • ❌ We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Trusted third-party vendors (cloud hosting, payment processing, SMS verification) who process data solely on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements
  • Legal Requirements: When required by Indian law, court order, or government authority — and only to the extent legally required
  • Safety Situations: To prevent imminent harm or protect the safety of users, hosts, or the public
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may transfer to the acquiring entity, and you will be notified in advance

In all cases, we require any third party receiving your data to maintain confidentiality and use it only for the specified purpose.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers in compliance with Indian data localisation norms. We implement the following security measures:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest
  • Strict access controls — only authorised personnel can access user data
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
  • Automatic session expiry and multi-factor authentication options
Data Retention: We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Call & Content Data

Zyro Call facilitates live audio and video conversations. Here is how we handle call data:

  • Live calls are transmitted in real-time and are not permanently recorded or stored by Prozyro Technologies
  • Brief moderation snapshots may be captured and reviewed only when a call is reported or flagged. These are deleted within 7 days if no violation is found
  • Call metadata (duration, timestamp, host/user IDs) is stored for billing, fraud prevention, and safety purposes
  • Users are strictly prohibited from recording calls without the consent of all parties. Any recorded content shared publicly without consent may violate Indian privacy laws

Cookies & Tracking

The Zyro Call mobile app uses minimal, essential cookies and local storage for:

  • Keeping you logged in between sessions (authentication token)
  • Remembering your in-app preferences (language, notification settings)
  • Anonymous crash and performance reporting (via privacy-safe analytics)

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or behavioural profiling tools. You can clear app data at any time through your device settings.

Your Rights

As a Zyro Call user, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
  • Right to Correction: Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to Deletion: Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data
  • Right to Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for optional data uses at any time
  • Right to Complain: Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in India

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user under 18 has provided us with personal data, we will immediately delete that account and all associated data.

Third-Party Links & Services

Zyro Call may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (such as payment gateways). These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we have no control over or responsibility for their content or practices.

We use the following categories of third-party services, all bound by strict data processing agreements:

  • Payment Processing: For coin purchases and host payouts
  • Cloud Infrastructure: For secure data storage and app hosting
  • SMS Verification: For phone number authentication

Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons.

  • An in-app notification when you next open Zyro Call
  • An email to your registered email address (if provided)
  • A prominent notice on this page with an updated "Last updated" date

Continued use of Zyro Call after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
