If we discover a user is under 18, their account will be immediately terminated. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform in any capacity.

Zyro Call employs automated systems and human moderators to maintain platform safety. Users may report any violation using the in-app report feature. Prozyro Technologies reserves the right to review flagged content, remove violating content, and terminate accounts without prior notice in cases of serious violations. We are committed to acting on all valid reports within 24 hours.
Prozyro Technologies reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user or host account that violates these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice. Users may delete their own accounts at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, any remaining coin balance is forfeited unless otherwise required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prozyro Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Zyro Call. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Prozyro Technologies is not responsible for the conduct of any user or host on the platform.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. Users agree to first attempt to resolve disputes amicably by contacting us at abhihome0555@gmail.com.
Prozyro Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of Zyro Call after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
